About the Role

Steadfast Nutrition is looking for a passionate and result-oriented Influencer Marketing Manager to lead and scale our influencer marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have experience in building influencer partnerships, executing high-impact campaigns, managing affiliate collaborations, and driving brand awareness and sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify, onboard, and manage fitness, health, lifestyle, sports, and wellness influencers.
- Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers.
- Plan and execute influencer campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social platforms.
- Manage barter and paid collaborations while ensuring maximum ROI.
- Drive affiliate marketing programs and track campaign performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and deliverables with influencers.
- Coordinate with the content, creative, performance marketing,



and product teams for campaign execution.
- Monitor campaign KPIs, prepare performance reports, and optimize future campaigns.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5–7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing.
- Experience in Nutraceutical, D2C, Wellness, Beauty, Healthcare, FMCG, or Sports brands preferred.
- Robust network of influencers, agencies, and creator communities.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in campaign performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
