1. Sales Closures & Revenue Generation

- Handle qualified walk-in and site-visit clients and convert them into confirmed bookings.

- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly booking targets as assigned.

- Conduct effective negotiations on pricing, payment plans, and offers within approved limits.

2. Team Management & Support

- Guide and support Closing Team Leaders / Executives in handling customers and closures.

- Conduct regular sales huddles, follow-ups, and closure planning sessions.

- Ensure disciplined follow-up and closure tracking at site level.

3. Customer Engagement & Experience

- Deliver skilled project presentations and site walkthroughs.

- Build strong rapport with clients and address objections effectively.

- Ensure smooth booking experience and high customer satisfaction.

4. Coordination & Operations





- Coordinate with Sourcing, CRM, Legal, and Accounts teams for documentation and booking formalities.

- Ensure accurate sharing of pricing, inventory, and availability details.

- Support site launches, events, and promotional activities.

5. Reporting & MIS

- Share daily site reports on visits, negotiations, and bookings.

- Track conversion ratios and provide insights for improvement.

- Maintain accurate booking and follow-up records.

6. Compliance & Ethics

- Ensure adherence to company policies, RERA guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

- Maintain confidentiality and uphold brand standards at all times.
