Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT positions
- Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.), referrals, and other channels
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on technical and client requirements
- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of IT candidates
