Job Summary

NLB Services is looking for enthusiastic and result-driven US IT Recruiters to join our growing recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the US Staffing industry and be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for W2, C2C, and Full-Time positions.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and recruit IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on client requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical skills, communication, work authorization, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Work on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer discussions.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Achieve individual hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.





Required Skills

- 6 Months – 5 Years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Experience working on W2, C2C, and Full-Time requirements.
- Solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle.
- Knowledge of US work authorization (US Citizen, Green Card, H1B, GC-EAD, OPT/CPT, TN Visa, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with sourcing platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other job portals.
- Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with Direct Clients and/or Implementation Partners is preferred.
