Job Profile: US IT Recruiter/ Sr US IT Recruiter

Job Responsibility:

- Identify, attract, and engage IT professionals for roles such as developers, engineers, analysts, and cybersecurity specialists, etc.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) records and update candidate information.
- Develop long-term connections with candidates and clients to support future hiring needs.

Must Have:

- Should have an active vendor list for mass mailing (For C2C Recruiters).
- Should have working experience with Implementation partners and direct clients.
- Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
- Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN.
- Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/Corp-Corp).
- Strong understanding of technical requirements.
- Excellent spoken and written English

Experience Required:

- Must have 2+ years of verifiable experience
