Role Summary

The Head Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) will be responsible for leading the operations, maintenance, and

service delivery of all Pan-India Government projects executed by Innovatiview Technologies. The role requires

ensuring operational excellence, maximizing asset uptime, managing stakeholder relationships, and maintaining

compliance with contractual obligations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Leadership

- Lead end-to-end Operations & Maintenance activities for all Government projects across India.
- Establish and implement O&M; strategies, SOPs, and service delivery frameworks.
- Ensure adherence to project SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments.
- Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management
- Manage operations of Museums, Science Parks, Experience Centres, Smart Infrastructure, and other

Government projects.

- Oversee project mobilization, maintenance schedules,



and resource planning.
- Conduct regular project reviews and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Maintenance Management

- Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
- Ensure maximum system uptime and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor AMC contracts, asset lifecycle management, and spare inventory management.
- Implement quality and safety standards across all project sites.

Government & Stakeholder Management

- Liaise with Central and State Government departments, Municipal Bodies, Consultants, and Client

Representatives.

- Participate in review meetings, presentations, inspections, and project audits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Team Management

- Lead and mentor regional managers, site engineers, and maintenance teams across India.
- Develop performance metrics and capability-building programs.
- Drive accountability and high-performance culture within the organization.

Compliance & Governance

- Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and audit records.
- Ensure implementation of safety standards and risk management practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Operations & Maintenance, Project Management, or Service Delivery.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale Pan-India Government projects.
- Experience in any Civil & construction projects, Museums, Experience Centres, Theme Parks, Public
- Infrastructure will be preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.
