- Design and maintain enterprise-wide Business Continuity (BCP) and Disaster Recovery (DR) programs, including emergency response management.
- Develop and implement Crisis Management plans for major business disruptions.
- Prepare, update, and maintain BCPDR documentation (plans, procedures, call lists, test results, etc.).
- Plan and coordinate functional and technical continuity testing.
- Collaborate with IT to maintain DR plans for critical systems and ensure recovery sites remain updated and functional.
- Maintain and update the organizationBusiness Continuity Policy.
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses to identify vulnerabilities, single points of failure, and mitigation strategies.
- Assess and report regulatory and industry requirements related to BCPDR.
Requirements
- GraduatePostgraduate in Business Mgmt.Engineering (preferred)
- 710 years in BCPDR program mgmt.
- Business Continuity certification (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong leadership stakeholder mgmt.
