Role & Responsibilities:

Learning Saint Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Analyst (QA), International Sales Process (USA Shift), who will be responsible for monitoring sales calls, analyzing performance quality, providing structured feedback, and helping the sales team improve their communication, process adherence, and conversion quality.

The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Quality Analysis, Call Auditing, International Sales Process, or Ed-Tech Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Listen, monitor, and audit daily sales calls of Business Development Executives.
- Analyze call quality based on communication skills, sales approach, product knowledge, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
- Prepare detailed QA reports, performance analysis, and scorecards for individual team members.
- Share explicit and actionable feedback with Sales Executives to improve their performance.
- Identify training requirements and areas of improvement based on call observations.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Managers, and Management regarding employee performance and quality improvement.
- Maintain daily, weekly,



and monthly quality reports with complete accuracy.
- Track repeated mistakes, process gaps, and improvement areas.
- Ensure sales executives follow company communication standards, scripts, and sales processes.
- Provide suggestions to improve sales quality, customer experience, and conversion ratio.
- Maintain confidentiality of company data, call recordings, reports, and employee performance information.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Female candidates preferred.
- Minimum 1+ year experience as a Quality Analyst (QA) or similar role.
- Experience in Ed-Tech / Education Sales / International Sales Process will be highly preferred.
- Must have excellent English communication skills.
- Should have experience in call auditing, feedback sharing, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Should be comfortable preparing reports for Management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle sales team feedback professionally.
