Gurgaon Experience: 15 Years Employment Type: Full time We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive to manage client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of Background Verification (BGV) services. Key Responsibilities: o Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients o Handle client queries and provide timely case status updates o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure SLA adherence o Track verification cases and manage escalations effectively o Prepare MIS reports, client dashboards, and performance updates o Support client onboarding and process implementation o Ensure compliance with quality standards and data privacy guidelines
