Profile- Application Engineer (As NAPS Trainee)
Key Result Areas
Co-ordination
(R) Co-ordinate with customer, sales, Transit mixture (TM.) and ensure product is delivered to site in a positive time.
(R.) Maintain the pump onsite without any trouble. In case any minor problem, should be able to resolve.
(R.) Check the quality of the product to ensure adherence to desired standards and specifications.
Production Execution
(R) Ensure workability and cohesiveness of concrete at pouring site
Maintenance Management
(R) Ensure the upkeep of the quality product and availability of pumps onsite during execution.
Customer Feedback
(R) Resolve day to day customer grievances for any on going project and related to slump control, pumping issues cube failures etc. and take corrective and preventive actions based on site feedback.
