The Opportunity

As a Senior Manager in Enterprise Warehouse Management (EWM) at EY GDS, you will lead and manage complex warehouse management projects and solutions for our clients. You will be responsible for driving the design, implementation, and optimization of EWM systems to enhance supply chain efficiency and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and client management skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end EWM project delivery including planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their warehouse management needs and translate them into effective EWM solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of consultants and analysts, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse processes leveraging EWM capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with EY methodologies, quality standards, and project governance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on warehouse management and supply chain optimization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including logistics, IT, and operations to ensure seamless integration of EWM solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in warehouse management and supply chain.
