As we continue to scale, we are looking for an HR Head who will build the next generation of
our organization.
This is not a traditional HR role.
We are looking for someone who can build systems, develop leaders, drive accountability,
improve culture, and partner directly with the founders to prepare WebBee for its next phase of
growth.
Role Purpose
The HR Head will be responsible for building a high-performance organization capable of
scaling from the current team size to more than 150 employees over the next few years.
The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on execution.
The successful candidate will own recruitment, performance management, organizational development, learning & development, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and AI-enabled people processes.
