Job Summary

Fintech Cloud Private Limited is looking for a energetic and result-driven Collection Manager to

lead collection operations, manage recovery teams, and drive portfolio performance across

Business Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and Two-Wheeler Loans. The

candidate will be responsible for achieving collection targets, improving recovery rates, and

ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage Collection Managers, Team Leaders, and Collection

Executives.

- Drive collections and recoveries for Business Loans, Personal Loans, LAP, and

Two-Wheeler Loans.

- Monitor delinquent accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team training programs.
- Develop incentive plans to improve team productivity and collection efficiency.




- Analyze collection trends, portfolio performance, and recovery metrics.
- Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Monitor key collection KPIs and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Utilize data analytics to enhance operational efficiency and recovery outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in debt collections and recovery management.
- Knowledge of Business Loans, Personal Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and

Two-Wheeler Loans.

- Team handling and leadership skills.
- MIS reporting and data analysis expertise.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Target-oriented with strong decision-making skills.
