- Handle end-to-end recruitment for C2H and contract IT positions.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and Boolean search techniques.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for various IT technologies.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while meeting quality and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate records in ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Required Skills

- 15 years of experience in IT Recruitment with a focus on C2H/Contract hiring.
- Good understanding of IT technologies such as Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, SAP, Data Engineering,



DevOps, Testing, and Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience working with IT staffing or consulting organizations.
- Proven track record of achieving hiring targets and managing multiple requirements simultaneously.
