We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Service Delivery Manager to lead client operations, ensure seamless service delivery, and enhance overall customer experience. This role involves managing key client relationships, handling escalations, driving operational efficiency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

4. Monitor customer satisfaction metrics, identify improvement areas, and drive service excellence initiatives.

Requirements –

1. 4–8 years of experience in service delivery, customer success, client operations, or account management roles.
2. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
3. Experience managing enterprise or key client accounts in a service-oriented environment.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and cross-functional setup.
5.



Graduate / MBA preferred from a recognized institution.
