The ideal candidate should have 1 5 years of experience in IT Sales , excellent English communication skills, and a solid ability to generate and qualify leads. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate the companys IT solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA is mandatory .
- 1 5 years of experience in IT Sales , Business Development, or Sales Development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with cold calling, lead generation, and client outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
