About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic SEO professional who can drive end-to-end SEO execution while actively supporting business growth through presales activities. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SEO strategy, team handling, and client-facing proposal creation, along with the ability to convert opportunities into long-term engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of SEO executives; provide training, mentoring, and performance reviews
- Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page & Technical)
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and detailed SEO audits
- Drive client communication, reporting, and performance discussions
- Create SEO proposals, pitch decks, audits, and strategy roadmaps for presales
- Collaborate with sales/business teams during client pitches and solutioning
- Identify growth opportunities and contribute to revenue generation
- Oversee ORM, ASO, and YouTube SEO initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry trends

Requirements:





- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience with at least 1 year in a leadership/mentorship role
- Strong expertise in On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO
- Proven experience in presales, proposal creation, and client handling
- Hands-on knowledge of ORM, ASO, and YouTube SEO
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
- Understanding of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms like WordPress
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment
