Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI systems. The role involves designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems using LLMs, autonomous agents, and multi-agent workflows to solve complex business problems at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs for text, code, and multimodal use cases.
- Build Agentic AI systems using single-agent and multi-agent architectures.
- Implement tool-using agents, planning, memory, reflection, and orchestration frameworks.
- Develop and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Fine-tune and evaluate LLMs (prompting, adapters, LoRA, RLHF exposure preferred).
- Design end-to-end AI workflows integrating models, tools, APIs, and external systems.
- Deploy AI systems with scalability, security, and observability in mind.
- Implement guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and safety controls for AI outputs.
- Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to productionize AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI architecture decisions.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Model serving and API integration.




- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP.
- Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems.

Generative AI Expertise

- Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source models like LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
- Expertise in prompt engineering, structured outputs, and evaluation.
- Understanding of tokenization, context windows, and inference optimization

Agentic AI Expertise

- Experience building autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.
- Knowledge of agent planning, memory management, tool calling, and feedback loops.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience with multimodal models (text + image / audio)
- Exposure to LLMOps / AI observability tools
- Experience with security, compliance, and AI governance
- Contributions to open-source AI projects
