Position: Dispatch & Logistics Executive
Experience Required: 1– 4 Years
Working Days: 6 Days

Roles & Responsibilities

- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for the timely dispatch of orders.
- Track shipments and proactively monitor delivery status.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints related to dispatch, shipment tracking, and delivery updates.
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve delivery-related issues.
- Ensure accurate packaging, dispatch, and documentation of customer orders.
- Update order status and shipment details in the internal sheet.
- Maintain dispatch records and prepare daily dispatch reports.
- Ensure adherence to dispatch timelines and company service standards.
- Coordinate with the Domestic Department to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

Skills & Qualifications

- 1–4 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or E-commerce Operations.
- Hands-on experience in handling escalations.
- Knowledge of courier aggregators and logistics operations.
- Experience in shipment tracking and resolving delivery-related issues.
- Good understanding of order fulfillment and dispatch processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.




- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
