We immediately require a seasoned, proactive and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join us in Greater Noida, near Pari Chowk (on-site only).

In this role, you will work independently with all our Teams (Sales, Technical Support and Media), Vendors, Partners and Customers to coordinate and conclude activities.

Fluency in English and a results-driven attitude are prerequisites.

Responsibilities:

- Able to meet deadlines in a high-octane environment
- Responsible for day-to-day office activities for the Managing Partner
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments with Customers, Partners and Vendors
- Independently send Technical and Commercial Proposals
- Independently manage the day-to-day engagements with Customers, Partners and Vendors
- Independently coordinate with internal Teams for Marketing, Sales, and Technical Support
- Publish minutes of meetings and required follow-ups
- Crafting, maintaining, and entering information into databases, including customer contacts, ensuring the accuracy and validity of the information
- Manage the calendar for the Managing Partner
- Read and route incoming mail, process outgoing mail with follow-up process
- Organising travel by booking accommodations and reservations as required
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Skills:

- Highly efficient and proactive
- Candidates with a minimum of 7-12 Years of work experience as an Executive Assistant to the CEO, and with a preferred background in the Software or Technology Industry
- Excellent Written & Oral Communication skills
- Excellent Coordination skills
- Excellent at Data management




- Excellent Hands-on Experience in MS Office 365 and Data Platforms
- Organised, self-driven, and with a passion to excel

Qualifications:

- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialisation
- PG: MBA/PGDM in Any Specialisation
