Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students

through their educational journey. The role involves understanding candidate requirements,

providing course counseling, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Understand candidates' career aspirations and recommend suitable programs.
- Provide detailed information about courses, curriculum, fees, and career outcomes.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the admission process.




- Assist candidates with application and enrollment procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective learners.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with counseling, sales, and target-driven environments.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates must have their own laptop.

Compensation & Training

- Selected candidates will undergo a 2-month training program.
- During the training period, a stipend of 18,000 per month will be provided.
- Upon successful completion of training and confirmation, candidates will be offered a package

of up to 6 LPA (CTC), based on performance and company policies.
