Grad with a minimum 01 year of international voice exp. can apply, shift timing - rotational, no cab, salary up to - Rs.40000 + incentives, 5 days a week working with Saturday and Sunday off. Astra covers 2 Saturdays in a month and pays 2 days extra salary.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle collection and customer accounts
Resolve customer queries and support account resolution
Process account updates while ensuring compliance
Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution
