About the Role We are looking for a proactive and people-centric HR Generalist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, HR operations, performance management, and policy implementation. - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned positions.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction to ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, exits, and full final settlements.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and ensure HRIS data accuracy.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, and wellness activities.
- Support the performance management process, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate with payroll, finance, and other internal teams to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards,



and MIS as required.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Requirements

- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- 2-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR functions, policies, and employment practices.
- Experience in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and performance management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving approach.
