Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in building applications using Java, microservices, CI/CD, and Spring Boot frameworks. The ideal candidate should excel in unit testing, code reviews, performance optimization, and preferably have experience leading a small team of 23 developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, and maintain scalable microservices using Java Spring Boot.
- Perform code reviews, enforce coding standards, and best practices.
- Implement unit tests and ensure high code coverage using frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, etc.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
- Optimize application performance, profiling, and troubleshooting bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Product, and Architecture.
- Contribute to design discussions and technical solutioning for new features.




- Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, security standards, and documentation.
- Required Skills & Experience:

- 4 to 6 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Solid command over Core Java, OOP concepts, collections, multithreading, and exception handling.
- Solid hands-on experience with microservices architecture using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
- Experience with any CI/CD tools
- Good knowledge of unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito).
- Strong understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and coding best practices.
- Proven ability in code review, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Experience with version control tools like Git and build tools like Maven.
