We are seeking energetic, ambitious, and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our
growing team. This opportunity is ideal for MBA graduates who are passionate about sales,
enjoy meeting clients, and are comfortable traveling extensively to generate business and
strengthen customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct 4-5 face-to-face client meetings daily.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits.
- Present the company's products and services to prospective clients.
- Build, manage, and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining accurate daily activity reports.
- Represent the company professionally during all client interactions.
- Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to support business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate if Experienced and MBA is plus point. (Freshers are most welcome)
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of field sales experience are encouraged to apply.
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid Registration Certificate (RC).
- Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.
- Comfortable with extensive local travel.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct client meetings independently and confidently.
