Job Description: Senior Python Developer

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to design and deliver scalable, production-grade data engineering, automation, and analytics solutions using Python. In this role, you will contribute to the development of data pipelines, APIs, analytical frameworks, and automation tools that power our financial services technology capabilities.

The ideal candidate writes clean, testable, and maintainable Python code by default, and understands that in a regulated financial environment, code quality, documentation, and reproducibility are as important as functional correctness.

Core Requirements

- Experience: 7+ years of professional Python development experience, with at least 3 years in a data engineering or analytics engineering context.
- Core Libraries: Expert proficiency in pandas, NumPy, SQLAlchemy, and requests. Solid familiarity with PySpark or Dask for distributed data processing.
- API Frameworks: Hands-on experience with FastAPI or Flask for API development and deployment in production environments.




- Testing and DevOps: Experience writing unit and integration tests with pytest, and working within CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Cloud Platforms: Working experience with at least one cloud provider's data services such as AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or GCP Dataflow.
- Financial Domain: Prior experience in banking, fintech, or financial services data environments is strongly preferred.
