- Design & Pitching: Create floor plans and 3D models using tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max to present concepts.
- Sales Conversion: Negotiate pricing, prepare estimates and Bill of Quantities and close design contracts.
- Project Coordination: Work with execution and delivery teams to ensure design alignment.

- Education: Degree or Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software.
