This isn't just another sales leadership role.

We're looking for someone who can build a predictable revenue engine, develop high-performing sales teams, open enterprise accounts, and partner with the leadership team to scale the business globally.

Your Mission

You'll be responsible for:

- Defining and executing the company's sales strategy
• Building a predictable, high-performing sales pipeline
• Winning enterprise clients across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and APAC
• Expanding strategic partnerships and channel alliances
• Leading and mentoring Business Development Managers and Account Managers
• Driving consultative selling for AI, Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data, and Custom Software solutions
• Improving sales processes, forecasting, CRM discipline, and revenue operations





What We're Looking For

- 12–16 years of B2B sales leadership experience
- Proven success selling IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud, AI, or Software Engineering services
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles and multi-million-dollar opportunities
- Strong network with enterprise decision-makers and technology leaders
- Expertise in consultative selling, strategic account management, and sales team leadership
- A leader who enjoys building scalable sales organizations—not just closing deals
