Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Management

Lead the planning, development, and management of academic content for CSIR NET and IIT JAM examinations.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to create high-quality study materials, question banks, mock tests, assignments, and revision resources.
Ensure all content is aligned with the latest syllabus, exam patterns, and learning objectives.
Develop structured learning resources that enhance student engagement and improve learning outcomes.

Content Quality Assurance

Conduct comprehensive quality checks to ensure content accuracy, conceptual correctness, clarity, consistency, and adherence to academic standards.
Review and validate questions, solutions, explanations, and answer keys before publication.
Maintain content quality benchmarks and implement continuous improvement processes.

Curriculum & Exam Research

Stay updated with the latest CSIR NET and IIT JAM syllabus revisions, exam notifications, and evolving question trends.




Analyze previous years' papers and competitive exam trends to identify significant topics and content gaps.
Recommend updates and improvements to existing content based on research and student feedback.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate with instructional designers, graphic designers, video production teams, and academic operations to develop engaging learning experiences.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of content projects.
Facilitate effective communication between SMEs and internal teams throughout the content development lifecycle.

Project & Stakeholder Management

Manage multiple content development projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Track project progress, prioritize deliverables, and ensure timely completion within defined deadlines.
Provide regular updates to leadership on project status, challenges, and improvement initiatives.
