Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Architect Creative Visualizer to lead conceptualization, design development, and visualization for large-scale Government and experiential infrastructure projects. The incumbent will be responsible for creating compelling architectural concepts, presentations, and visual narratives while engaging with government stakeholders and clients to deliver world-class projects.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Creative Visualization

- Develop innovative architectural concepts, master plans, and design solutions for government and experiential projects.
- Prepare conceptual sketches, layouts, mood boards, and detailed presentations.
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, walkthroughs, renderings, and presentation materials.
- Design museums, galleries, interpretation centers, theme parks, exhibitions, and public infrastructure projects.
- Ensure designs align with client requirements, project objectives, and organizational standards.

Government Project Management

- Manage end-to-end design coordination for Government and PSU projects.
- Participate in client meetings, project discussions, and technical presentations.
- Coordinate with consultants, project teams, vendors, and government authorities.
- Understand government procurement processes, tender requirements, and project execution methodologies.
- Ensure timely submission of design deliverables and presentations.





Client Presentation & Stakeholder Management

- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to Government departments, senior bureaucrats, and key stakeholders.
- Convert project requirements into compelling visual concepts and business presentations.
- Present architectural concepts, design strategies, and visualization outputs to clients and management.
- Support business development and pre-sales teams during project bidding and presentations.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelors Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture/Urban Design will be preferred.
- Registration with the appropriate architectural council will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in architecture, creative visualization, and experiential design projects.
- Proven experience in handling Government projects, museums, theme parks, exhibitions, or public infrastructure projects.
- Experience in delivering presentations to Government clients and senior stakeholders.
- Experience in multidisciplinary project coordination and design management.
