- Agile Facilitation Coaching: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies. Coach teams on Agile/Lean principles and SAFe practices to improve velocity and quality.
- Team Empowerment Delivery: Support teams in and cross-functional collaboration. Remove impediments and ensure delivery of sprint goals and program increments.
- Project Management Support: Assist in schedule management, risk assessment, and effort estimation. Maintain project plans and track progress toward key milestones. Dependency Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate coordination with other agile teams and communicate status of inter-team dependencies.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a learning culture by implementing process enhancements. Share best practices across teams and mentor junior Scrum Masters or team members.
The Essentials You Will Have:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a product-based company, managing cross-functional teams across hardware, firmware, software, and mechanical domains. Certified Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
- Ability to manage continuation/sustenance and new product design projects.
The Preferred You Might Also Have:
- 4+ years of experience in software development, testing, or related technical roles.
- Experience in Agile coaching or holding an Agile Coach certification.
- Prior leadership experience in Agile environments.
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products or other industrial control systems.
- Exposure to Secure Agile framework and enterprise-level Agile transformation initiatives.
