Drone Pilot

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Drone Pilot / Drone Operations Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in drone flying, testing, integration, calibration, and drone operations across multiple UAV platforms. Candidates with practical expertise in Multirotor, FPV, Fixed-Wing, VTOL Drones are encouraged to apply.

As part of the selection process, shortlisted applicants will be required to fill a technical information form regarding their drone experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and fly drones safely in accordance with DGCA regulations and company SOPs.
- Perform drone testing, calibration, tuning, and pre-flight/post-flight inspections.
- Support integration of electronics, sensors, payloads, and communication systems.
- Assist in R&D; activities, prototype testing, and performance validation.
- Conduct mission planning and execute field operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to drones, flight controllers, RC systems, cameras, and onboard electronics.
- Maintain flight logs, technical documentation, and equipment records.
- Ensure drones and accessories are maintained in operational condition.
- Coordinate with engineering and operations teams during field deployments.
- Travel to client locations, project sites,



and testing areas whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics, or related disciplines.
- 13+ years of hands-on experience in drone operations, testing, integration, or UAV systems.
- Robust understanding of drone platforms and flight operations.
- Knowledge of drone electronics, sensors, batteries, telemetry, GPS, and communication systems.
- Experience with flight testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with DGCA guidelines and aviation safety procedures.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Willingness to travel as per project requirements.
