ROLE OVERVIEW
The Pre-Sales Executive is the first point of contact for every lead that enters the superco pipeline. You will reach out to outbound prospects, qualify lead intent, and book confirmed site visits, handing each warm lead to a Sales Executive with a clear briefing note. Your success is measured by the quality and volume of site visits you generate.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make 40-50 outbound calls per day to leads sourced from marketing campaigns, portals, and referrals.
- Answer inbound calls when needed.
- Qualify each lead against standard criteria: space requirement (desks/private cabins), duration, budget, preferred location, and timeline.
- Pitch superco's coworking offerings clearly -flexi desks, dedicated desks, private cabins, virtual offices, and meeting rooms.
- Schedule and confirm site visits for Sales Executives; send calendar invites and reminder messages to prospects.
- Complete a structured handover note (in the CRM) before every visit: requirements summary, budget, objections raised, best time to call back.
- Follow up with unresponsive leads via call, WhatsApp, or email per the agreed cadence.




- Log every interaction in the CRM immediately after each call - no end-of-day dumping.
- Meet or exceed weekly KPIs for calls made, connects, and visits booked.
- Relay common objections and prospect feedback to the Manager to sharpen pitch scripts.

WHAT YOU BRING

- 1 to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent spoken communication in English and Hindi.
- Confident, clear phone manner - you do not shy away from cold calls.
- Good listener: you ask the right questions before pitching.
- Basic CRM or Excel proficiency; willingness to learn any internal tools.
- Positive, target-driven attitude with the resilience to handle rejection.
- Prior exposure to real estate, hospitality, or coworking is an advantage but not mandatory.
