Role & responsibilities :

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Find new buyers, sellers, or investors using cold calling, networking, and database tools (like CRM software).
- Market Research: Study property trends and competitor pricing to find profitable areas for growth.
- Client Relations: Meet property owners, understand their goals, and pitch the company's services.
- Negotiation & Closing: Manage contracts, handle price discussions, and finalize sales or leasing deals.
- Partnership Building: Connect with brokers, banks, and other industry professionals to create referral networks.
- Marketing Support: Work with the marketing team to design ads and campaigns that attract property listings.
- Generate Sales

Qualifications

- Degree: A bachelor's degree from any stream or real estate experience.
- 12th passed are also eligible to apply.
- Experience: 1 to 4 years of proven sales or business development experience.
- Local Insight: Deep knowledge of the local real estate market ( Noida or the Delhi NCR region).
