We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Consultant with strong expertise in the Talent Management module. The ideal candidate should possess a solid blend of technical and functional knowledge, with a primary focus on technical capabilities.
Key Requirements:
6+ years of overall experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
Robust hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Talent Management
Approximately 70% Technical and 30% Functional expertise in the Talent Management module
Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, enhancements, support, and integrations
Knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, and REST/SOAP APIs is preferred
Ability to analyze business requirements and provide effective Oracle HCM Cloud solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
