Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Operations Team Lead to manage daily IT infrastructure operations, user support, network management, and IT asset coordination across offices. The candidate will lead the IT operations team, ensure smooth functioning of systems and networks, and drive continuous improvement in IT processes.

Experience with Sophos Firewall and Aruba Access Points (AP) will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

?Lead and manage the IT Operations team for day-to-day support activities.?

?Ensure smooth functioning of LAN/WAN, internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and office IT infrastructure.?

?Monitor and maintain network security, firewall policies, and endpoint compliance.?

?Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT assets.?

?Coordinate with vendors for ILL/Broadband, AMC, warranty, and support activities.?

?Manage user onboarding/offboarding, access management, and IT documentation.?

?Ensure timely closure of IT tickets and maintain SLA compliance.?

?Monitor Firewall, Switches/APs health, backups, antivirus, and system updates.?

?Support site expansion, IT audits, and infrastructure setup activities.?

?Train and guide junior IT support engineers and associates.?





?Maintain inventory and asset management records if needed.?

Required Skills

?Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and network operations.?

?Good understanding of:?

oNetwork troubleshooting?

oSwitches, routers, and Wi-Fi management?

oWindows, Linux Mac systems and user support?

oGoogle workspace (Email services)

?Basic understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint protection.?

?Excellent troubleshooting and team management skills.?

?Strong communication and vendor coordination abilities.?

?Hands-on experience with:?

oSophos Firewall?

oAruba Access Points (AP)?

oVLAN configuration and network segmentation?

oVPN setup and management?

oCCTV and biometric systems?

Qualification

?Bachelor?s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.?

?Certifications like CCNA, Sophos, Microsoft, or Aruba will be preferred.?

?

Experience

?7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure / IT Operations.?

?Minimum 2 years of team handling experience preferred.?

?

?Ability to handle multi-location IT operations.?

?Robust ownership and problem-solving mindset.?

?Experience working in fast-paced operational environments.?

?Good documentation and reporting skills.
