About the Assignment Consultant Human Resources will be responsible for providing support to the human resources operations in the Country Office of ChildFund India.
Remain alert and responsive to any safeguarding risks; acquire and maintain the relevant knowledge and skills necessary to promote strong safeguarding practices; understand and adhere to ChildFund India s Safeguarding Policy and Procedures; and conduct yourself at all times in a manner consistent with ChildFund India s safeguarding principles and standards.
Scope of Work
- Lead and support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, including staff, consultants, and interns.
- Maintain and update recruitment records and databases. Create and maintain personnel files /records.
- Support employee learning and development activities, including arranging logistics.
- Supports the implementation of staff programs and policies and digitization of processes.
- Assist in contract preparation, renewals, and personnel actions.
- Support employee attendance and leave management processes.
- Travel to field locations as needed.
- Any other role and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any stream is required.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR domain, especially recruitment and administration of HR processes.
- Skills and Abilities: Good communication skills in English. Proficiency in MS Office.
