We, at Prithu Homes, are looking for an Area Project Manager to join our project management team of full scope residential projects executed on Design + Build basis.

Key Responsibilities

- Agreeing timescales, costs and resources needed to deliver a project.
- Drawing up a detailed plan for how to achieve each stage of a project
- Negotiating with contractors and Suppliers
- Directing a multi-disciplinary team, and ensuring all stakeholders are in accordance.
- Overseeing multiple projects at the same time, with the support of internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring that each stage of the project happens on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Directing Site Managers for overall site execution.
- Reporting regularly on progress to the client and stakeholders
- Coordinating market and customer research
- Resolving any issues or delays
- Demonstrating knowledge of all areas of construction




- Working in an office or on a construction site, as required.
- Time planning, resource allocation and milestone achieving is the key.
- Use of planning software will be helpful, prior experience in macro and micro planning.
- Site understanding and delay impact assessment from drawings to on ground execution.
- Quick thumb rule calculation for major items, knowledge of BBS / QS data sheets, contracts and negotiation skills must.
- Coordination and quick revert.

Eligibility Criteria

- B. Tech Civil from top institution.
- 7 - 10 years of work experience into construction management.
- Resolve, address and get things done attitude.
- Team player and problem-solving solution oriented.
- Call out red flags, for timely corrective action.
- Analytical mind set and mathematical knowledge, positive hold of numbers.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Fair and just in approach and communication.
