Profile : Customer Service Executive / Inside sales Executive

Salary : 15k to 25k / For Sales -30k ctc

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Any UG/Graduate/Fresher/Experienced can apply.

Candidate must have excellent english communication.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
- Record and maintain customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system.




- Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved satisfactorily.
- Process customer requests, orders, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges as per company policies.
