We are looking for an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead engineering activities for utility-scale Hybrid Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects. The candidate should possess robust leadership capabilities and extensive technical knowledge in renewable energy project design.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead engineering and design activities for Solar + BESS projects.
- Review and approve detailed engineering deliverables.
- Develop design standards and engineering procedures.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC teams, and OEMs.
- Optimize project design for cost and performance.
- Ensure compliance with national and international standards.
