Role & responsibilities

Create visual concepts and graphic design for Brand design, Advertisement , Packaging, Web site/ Apps UX-UI as apart of Brand design and User experience design. Along side collaborate with Architects and Media team to achieve unified design goals.

Preferred candidate profile

An experienced designer: must balance striking visual aesthetics with intuitive, user-centric functionality. They should be a hybrid professional capable of elevating brand identity while designing scalable, accessible web applications.

1. Essential Skills & Core Competencies

- Visual & Brand Design: Deep understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and responsive layouts. Proven ability to build and scale brand guidelines across digital products.
- UX/UI Methodologies: Expertise in creating user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.

2. Required Tools & Technologies

- UI/UX Prototyping: Proficiency in up-to-date industry-standard tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.




- Collaboration & Handoff: Experience using tools like FigJam, Zeplin, or InVision for seamless developer handoff.

3. Experience & Background

- Experience: Typically 6+ years of professional experience, with emphasis on web applications and digital branding.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Portfolio Requirement: A standout portfolio is mandatory. It must clearly demonstrate problem-solving through design, brand consistency across touch points, and end-to-end web UI processes.

4. Soft Skills

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to articulate design decisions to both stakeholders and engineering teams.
- User Empathy: Capacity to conduct and translate user research and feedback into actionable design iterations.
