Role Overview

Lyor is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven professional to lease its portfolio of premium managed residences. The role involves managing prospective customers, presenting suitable properties, conducting visits, negotiating commercial terms and closing lease transactions.
The ideal candidate should combine excellent communication, consultative selling, relationship management and strong follow-up discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete leasing cycle from enquiry qualification to closure.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Conduct professional property visits and presentations.
- Build strong relationships with prospective tenants, corporate clients and brokers.
- Negotiate rentals, deposits, lease tenure and other commercial terms.
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Analyzes lead behavior, customer preferences and reasons for lost opportunities.




- Provide demand intelligence to support future portfolio acquisitions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding and handover.
- Work towards portfolio occupancy, leasing revenue and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in consultative sales, business development, relationship management or residential leasing.
- Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage premium customers and close high-value transactions.
- Polished, well-groomed and confident professional presence.
- Robust commercial understanding and data-management discipline.
- Highly organized, responsive and comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
