Job Description - Supply manager (Hotel property acquisition)

goSTOPS, a leading company operated hostel brand is looking to expand its presence in India

With 35+ locations currently across India, we are looking to add another 60+ properties by the end of 2026

The properties we are looking for would be licensed budget to mid-range hotels or resorts with 20-50 air conditioned ensuite rooms

We are looking for a supply manager who would be able to tap into their existing network of brokers & consultants, qualify the leads and hold preliminary discussions with the property owners

The role would be based out of our office in Delhi and would require a fair bit of travel mainly in North India to assess properties on a preliminary basis

Responsibilities:

- Leverage consultant network to build property pipeline - Onboard consultants with concept, requirements & specifications
- Parse through online listings & reach out to potential property owners & consultants to build pipeline
- Initial qualification: Hold preliminary discussions with property owners to qualify the leads




- Lead sheet maintenance & archiving - Capturing of lead details and current location in the pipeline
- Business Case - Work on business case for each qualified lead to present commercials options
- Preliminary property visits mainly in North India
- Preliminary reach out to website & social media leads
- Drafting of Letter-of-intents & Contracts

Skills

- Min 4+ years relevant experience in business development / supply in hospitality industry
- Wide consultant network
- Ability to clearly understand business requirements and map it to on ground realities
- Fair understanding of spreadsheets (Excel/Google sheets) to work on business cases
- Fluent communication in English & Hindi
