Role: Manager MEP Services [Real Estate Developments]

Qualification: B.E./B. Tech (Electrical/ Mechanical) Full time

Experience: 10-20 Years

Job Location: Delhi or Gurugram

Job Profile: Candidate shall have Completed and handed-over all the MEP Services works primarily in Large Scale Group Housing, Residential or Commercial Projects from the Developer side independently.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Overall Responsibility of Execution of Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, Lifts-Elevators, DG Sets, Telecom System, CCTV, Security and Safety systems
- Should be a team player, leader and motivator to the Project team.
- Should have good communication skills to interact with all stakeholders and top management.
- He should be able to take decisions, lead and guide the project team of professionals to deliver the following.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning, Monitoring, Control and Executions of all MEP Services: Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing & Firefighting in Commercial or Hotel Projects.
2. MEP Design Coordination and Execution of Electrical-Power Distributions, HT-LT Panels, Transformers, Equipment Selection & Sizing, HVAC, PHE Services, DG Sets, BMS, CCTV, Security & Safety system.
3. Plans and coordinates all in office MEP activities to comply with applicable Contract documents, Government Specifications, Requirements and Codes.
4. Study drawings and list out materials requirement for scheduling and Monitoring of Projects
5. Prepare Cost Estimation and Schedule bar chart plan considering all inputs: Manpower, Equipment and materials availability and construction sequences.
6. Preparation of Deviation statement (cost & quantity) for the material as per agreement against actual executed material.
7. Be able to conduct 360 Degree Site supervision for MEP works: Planning, Schedule, Execution and Monitoring controls.

Checking data sheets for MEP Equipment, attending inspection and coordination with package agencies
9. Compliance to quality standards, Billing, Bill checking of contractors
10. Providing Approval of Shop drawings submitted by vendors.
11. Identification of bottlenecks and resolving the same in advance
12. Hands on exp with BOQ, BOM, Tender Specification, Technical Specification, Codes, by Laws for MEP & Related works
13. Sound skills in Managing, Planning, and Monitoring of MEP work, Specific to Plumbing, Fire Fighting & HVAC within Design & BOQ specifications.
14. Good Understanding of GFC drawings, Working Drawings and Preparation of scheduling raising indents for material procurements for In-house MEP packages
15. Review & coordinate for approval for BOQ, GFC drawings, shop drawings, techno-commercial evaluation for MEP packages & and finalization for MEP packages
16. Preparation of Analysis of Rate, Extra Item Statement, Variation in budget.
17. Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD.
18. Conduct RFP and RFQ for Awards of Contracts: Tendering and Estimations
19. Prepare detailed Costing, Budgeting and Estimation for MEP Packages.
20. Timely Award of various Packages of MEP Works to sub-Contractors & Vendors.
21. Project Coordination with Architects, Consultants, Contractors & Senior Management for smooth progress of works at site.
22. Progress monitoring by various project management tools like DPR, WPR and MPR Reports by giving the feedback to the Planning & Seniors.
