About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Luxury Interior Designer with 3-6 years of experience in high-end residential and/or luxury commercial interiors. The ideal candidate should possess robust design sensibility, excellent space-planning skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to execution while delivering exceptional. client experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury residential and commercial projects.
- Create mood boards, design presentations, space plans, and material palettes.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, vendors, contractors, and consultants for seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and supervise implementation to ensure design quality and timelines.
- Source premium materials, furniture, lighting,



and dcor elements.
- Manage client interactions, understand requirements, and provide design solutions aligned with client expectations.
- Ensure projects adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated with international design trends, luxury materials, and market innovations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 3-6 years of experience in luxury residential or premium commercial interior projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-end design projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 2D Designs, and MS Office.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and styling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
