Role Overview:

The Candidate will be responsible for complete student life cycle and curriculum delivery, managing learning environments, schedule adherence, examinations, content upgradation, and student performance for the Radiology programme at Max Healthcare. Reporting to the Centre Manager, the role requires a Bachelor or Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Radiology Technology with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, preferably with at least 2 to 3 years of teaching experience in the educational industry.

Location : Rohini, North Delhi

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

-Take complete responsibility for the course at the centre including

BMRIT and DMIT programmes.

- Prepare and deliver lectures on topics prescribed as per the syllabus.

- Ensure content delivery of the entire curriculum.

- Ensure theory classes, internal examinations, projects, internal lab

sessions, and clinical postings are conducted as per the prescribed

schedule.

- Ensure student success and engagement throughout the programme.

- Evaluate, monitor, and mentor students' academic progress.

- Stay updated on new trends in the radiology industry and update

content accordingly.

- Prepare and develop course materials such as curriculum

presentations, student assignments, projects, handouts, question

papers, and sample question banks relevant for curriculum delivery and

student success.

- Collaborate with co-faculties to address any teaching-related issues

and improve the student learning experience.

- Maintain student attendance records, marks,



and other required

records as prescribed.

- Actively contribute to student enrolment, registration, placement, fee

collection, and counselling activities.

- Track student absenteeism and dropouts and take appropriate steps to

reduce the same.

- Ensure minimum student attendance as per Max Healthcare Education

Policy.

- Use wide-ranging teaching strategies and conduct classes through both

online and offline modes.

- Develop content and prepare teaching plans as per requirements,

making changes as needed for easy understanding and

implementation.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Diploma in Medical Imaging Technology or Radiology

Technology required.

- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in the field, preferably with at least

2 to 3 years of hands-on teaching experience in the educational

industry.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to create effective learning

environments and develop innovative instructional methods.

- Proficient skills in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths

and weaknesses of students.

- Strong hands-on experience in MS Office including Word, Excel, and

PowerPoint.

- Comprehensive knowledge of the information and skills needed to train

students in Medical Imaging Technology and Radiology.

- Strong work ethic with a flexible and positive attitude.

- Proficiency in English and Hindi.
