Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in designing intuitive, user-centric digital products.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers, business analysts, and developers.
- Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design responsive and visually appealing web and mobile applications.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Perform usability testing and incorporate feedback into iterative design improvements.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.




- Advocate UX best practices and user-centered design principles across projects.
- Ensure consistency in branding and visual design standards.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX Design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent design tools.
- Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design (HCD), Design Thinking, and usability principles.
- Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end technologies is an added advantage.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
