- Solid experience in after-sales service and field service management.
- Ability to manage multi-location service operations across region.
- Good technical troubleshooting mindset.
- Strong customer handling and escalation management skills.
- Experience managing field teams, vendors, and service partners.
- Ability to work with service dashboards, trackers, and reporting formats.
- Strong planning, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi; regional language knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across region.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment.
