Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python 3.x.
- Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Design and optimize database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and ensure high database performance using MySQL.
- Implement asynchronous messaging and event-driven architectures using RabbitMQ.
- Deploy, monitor, and maintain applications on AWS, leveraging services such as EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and Lambda.
- Implement search capabilities using Elasticsearch/OpenSearch, including indexing, querying, and performance tuning.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize backend services.
- Collaborate with frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.
- Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and performance across all environments.

Required Skills

- Strong programming experience in Python 3.x (Mandatory).




- Robust hands-on experience with MySQL, including database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
- Experience with RabbitMQ for message queuing and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
- EC2
- S3
- RDS
- CloudWatch
- Lambda

- Experience implementing search solutions using Elasticsearch/OpenSearch.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, JSON, and API integration.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Good understanding of object-oriented programming, software design patterns, and backend architecture.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend development.
- Proven experience building scalable, enterprise-grade backend systems and cloud-native applications.
- Experience integrating multiple data sources, messaging systems, and cloud services into production applications.
