WSNE Consulting is seeking a energetic and results-driven Recruitment Team Lead - IT Recruitment to spearhead hiring operations for PAN India clients. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance team leadership, client management, and delivery excellence.

Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 4 - 8 years of experience in IT Recruitment .
- Minimum 2+ year experience in Team Handling & Client Management (PAN India).
- Proven experience in achieving hiring targets within deadlines.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and monitor recruiter performance
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment across multiple locations in India.
- Manage client communication, expectation setting & delivery timelines.
- Ensure SLA adherence and quality hiring.
- Track team performance, generate reports & maintain dashboards.
- Drive recruiter productivity, engagement & performance improvement.




- Resolve escalations and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
